Experience across investing, strategy and execution.

Griffith Gates founded Apogee Growth & Strategy to provide senior, analytically grounded support for consequential business decisions. His experience spans investing, strategic finance, operations and business transformation, with a focus on turning complex questions into practical paths forward.

He spent five years at SpaceX supporting Starlink, Falcon 9 and Dragon across international market entry, commercial planning, operating systems and capital-allocation decisions. Earlier in his career, Griffith worked in private equity at Vance Street Capital and investment banking at Citigroup.

Griffith also serves as President & COO of Southport Acquisition Corporation II, where he helps lead the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisition candidates. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
